Please note – We do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Deliveries to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Islands and Highlands
  • Isle of Man

Usually take between 2-7 days and in some remote areas up to 10 days.

Delivery service

We predominately dispatch via DPD next working day service, however we may choose to use other services such as Fedex or the Royal mail. We will contact, and inform you if there is a change of our usual courier service (DPD).

Orders are sent to any residential destination in the UK (excluding the channel islands) by courier DPD using their next day service.  We aim to deliver all goods to UK addresses within 1-3 working days (Mon – Fri). Bank holidays should not be considered a working day.

Retail order delivery costs

For wholesale delivery prices please see details at point of sale when you are logged into your account. Orders over £500 excluding VAT will be subject to Free postage. See individual equipment for delivery prices and timescales.

For machine and large equipment, you can contact our team to request a specific delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate this. We generally require a minimum of 2-3 working days to prepare equipment for dispatch, however in busy times this may be extended.

Extra information

We strive to process as many orders as we can each day. This means that usually most orders will be dispatched the next day, and on occasions the same day if received before 11am. From time to time we may have to wait a few days to replenish stock, or there may be a delay due to a high increase in orders at key times in the year, however we will do our best to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible.

Store error – out of stock items

Sometimes stock discrepancies occur, and an item may be accidentally on display but unavailable. If this should be the case, then we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as we find out and agree with you how to handle your order at that point.

Signature & tracking

Depending on location, the courier may require a signature, so if possible, please give a delivery address where the order can be signed for during working hours.

You should ensure that you have the means to track your order and handle any exceptions that may occur directly with the courier depot before contacting KS Skin Store, should there be issues receiving your parcel(s).  We recommend using the courier app for this purpose.

Should you notify the courier to leave your parcel in ‘a safe place’ then all responsibility for its safety will pass to yourself.  Should your parcel not be in its safe place as expected, or is taken from that safe place, then we will accept no liability for this loss.

Delayed or lost parcels

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you’ll know that is on its way to you. If your order is not received in the usual timescale stated we recommend that you refer to your tracking via the courier app, and if necessary contact the courier directly.
