My Account

Once you are logged in to your account you will then be able to make changes to your name, password, and listed addresses. 

Log into your My Account and click on the Your Addresses tab. Changes to your delivery address can be made in this area. If you need to change your address after placing an order and prior to it being dispatched, please contact: hello@ksskinstore.uk. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to make any changes to your delivery location with the courier company, either by contacting them or through their app.

You can do this through our store, only if the item is displaying a pre-order option. If it is not, you can submit your email address to receive an alert when the item is back in stock.

Orders

We endeavour to dispatch as many orders as we can each day, usually orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days, however at busy times of the year, please allow a dispatch time of 3 working days. Once dispatched you should generally expect to receive your order the next working day.

We generally use courier services: DPD & FEDEX, however we may choose to use the ROYAL MAIL if there is a necessity. Once your order has been dispatched your would normally receive your parcel the next working day for mainland England. For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Ireland, delivery can take 2-3 working days.

Once your order has been processed your will receive tracking details. Use the tracking details online or through the courier service app to track the date and time of your delivery.

We only post to the UK, including Northern Island, the Scottish Highlands and Ireland.

DPD & FEDEX

  • The cut off time for next day delivery is 11am.

  • Deliveries are generally made on working days.

  • Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm

  • Postcode restrictions apply.

  • We will email you tracking information once your parcel is dispatched.

*Delivery will be attempted at the address provided. Should you not be available to accept delivery, the couriers operates a leave safe service if you have chosen this option prior to delivery. Your parcel may be left in your safe, secure location at the delivery address or you may have the option to organize a different location.  Delivery may be re–attempted.

Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands

 

  • Deliveries normally take 2 working days to these areas.

 

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

  • Postcode restrictions apply.

We endeavour to deliver orders within stated timeframes, however, occasionally there may be unexpected delays during transit with the carriers and your local customs authority that are beyond our control, but, we will always try to resolve for you.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the suggested time frame, please email: hello@ksskinstore.uk with details of your order number. 

Returns & Refunds

We want all our customers to enjoy their products so if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us. 

All we ask is that you organise your return within 30 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened. For more detailed information about returns, please click here to read our policy.

If you’ve returned your order, please allow 21 days from the date you returned your order for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email update.
